 A small town located in the Central Andes of Peru, Pucara sits between beautiful mountains to the south of the Montaro Valley. The town is home to approximately 5,000 inhabitants of which many are children. The primary economic activity in this region is small-scale agriculture and cattle farming.

 In Pucara, poor families are living in substandard conditions and are in need of many basic necessities. Above all else, these families need someone to help then to repair and rebuild their houses. The inhabitants of this town are very poor, and it is common for 5 people to share one bed while others sleep on the floor. Help us to help the families of Pucara; we need volunteers that have skills in carpentry, construction, etc. We also need donations to buy beds, stoves, clothes, and more.
