During this time, we have had a dream: to grow in order to help more children. This year, in 2011, we are taking a big step towards making this dream a reality. In addition to the already existing programs in the city of Huancayo and the Montaro Valley, we will be starting a new volunteer program in Lima. Within the next few months, we will do the same in the cities of Ica and Pisco along the southern coast, as well as in La Merced in the jungle region.

The inhabitants of this town are very poor, and it is common for 5 people to share one bed while others sleep on the floor. Help us to help the families of Pucara; we need volunteers that have skills in carpentry, construction, etc. We also need donations to buy beds, stoves, clothes, and more. In the last six months, the word “thank you” has been on our minds and hearts. When we say thank you we are not only grateful for the material support we have been given but also for the encouragement we have received from our family and friends as well from those who have given their time to serve our children and our mission of social assistance.
