SPECIAL EVENTS

We often celebrate birthdays of volunteers or members of our organization. We try to get together for a special celebration in the volunteer residence, a host family’s house, a restaurant or a club.

What’s most important is to spend it together as a family.

SAYING GOODBYE

When a volunteer completes his or her time of service and must return to their country, we organize leaving dinners in which we usually give out work certificates and gifts. These get-togethers are usually a mix of joy and sadness; saying goodbye to our friends is always a sad event.
